The Claim Process for Your Roof:

Step 2:
Complete Documentation to Start Services

The homeowner completes documentation to begin services. The field representative then calls/files the insurance claim and schedules an adjuster appointment.

Step 3:
Paperwork Issued to Insurance Adjuster

Point Roofing and Restoration prepares a comprehensive scope of work on behalf of the homeowners to be issued to the insurance adjuster.

Step 4:
Meeting with Insurance Adjuster

Certified roofing specialists from Point Roofing and Restoration meet with the insurance adjuster on the homeowner’s roof to assess and discuss the damages.

Step 5:
Schedule Work and Order Materials

Once approved and processed, the settlement document copy and insurance claim payment are submitted to Point Roofing and Restoration to begin scheduling: material orders and roofing repairs in accordance with the homeowner’s specifications.

Step 6:
Final Walk-Through with Homeowner
